Our Company

Clearwater Structures was established in 2005 by Mike Ciceri, as a branch of Ganawa Bridge Products and Services. With approximately 30 employees in its earliest days, the company quickly grew to over 200 employees including; skilled trades people, engineers, estimators, project managers, superintendents, administrators, among many other specialized professionals that make up the enterprise as it is today. In its first year of business, the company completed 5 successful projects; now we manage over 45 heavy civil construction jobs annually.

 

Clearwater Structures Inc. is an industry leader in the heavy civil construction sector, specializing in bridge rehabilitation and construction. With multiple divisons located across Ontario, the company has experienced continuous growth throughout the years since its inception. Our ever expanding community of highly qualified and experienced employees has enabled the company to expand our services to cover other areas, such as Municipal Sewer Services.

 

As a company, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional services by utilizing a variety of premium resources and equipment to ensure all projects are completed within their defined scope, budget and schedule. Clearwater Structures recently achieved COR certification with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA). This program demonstrates that Clearwater Structures' exceptional health and safety management system has been developed, implemented, and evaluated on an annual basis through comprehensive internal and external audits. Project Owners can be assured that Clearwater will bring superior safety practices to the workplace.
